ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We're looking for a highly skilled content creator and community manager who's genuinely passionate about Four Winters and about building brands that don't blend in. Someone who understands what it takes to stand out: from sharp content and strong community presence to fun events and scroll-stopping campaigns. It requires someone who can take full ownership of the brand's daily presence, both online and in-store.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Create and Deliver Content Daily

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photo content for socials
• Capture in-store, kitchen, and behind-the-scenes moments for on-brand content
• Produce a wide range of formats (reels, carousels, stories, and stills) 
• Be on the ground for drops, launches, events, and team moments: filming live, editing quickly, and posting with clarity
• Bridge the digital and physical brand experience

Lead Community and Brand Engagement

• Engage directly with customers during activations
• Respond on-tone to comments, DMs, and reviews across socials
• Manage daily community communication with speed and care (online and in person)
• Support loyalty content, customer storytelling, and influencer collaborations

Manage & Grow Social Media Channels

• Write captions, push notifications, loyalty messages, and run "The Penguin Press" broadcast channel
• Own the content calendar: plan and coordinate with kitchen, ops, and marketing team to stay ahead of product releases
• Bring ideas forward and follow through: lead projects from concept to post, and keep your work moving at pace
• Expand Four Winters' digital presence on more social platforms and adapt voice and content

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Passion to create engaging and creative content
• Ability to work with highly structured branding.
• Advanced skills in video editing, motion, design tools, and AI editing.
• Deep understanding of storytelling on social media.
• Understanding of and ability to grow Four Winter on all social media platforms.
• Strong visual instincts, excellent creative taste, and clear creative direction & storytelling 
• Highly organised, self-directed, reliable and calm under pressure.
• Clear communicator, collaborative partner, and someone who fully owns their work.
