Optimiza is seeking a seasoned HQ Building Audi/Video Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge audio and video systems for our headquarters and other facilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive audio and video systems, including conferencing solutions, digital signage, and multimedia presentations.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess their audiovisual needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee the installation and integration of hardware and software for AV systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of existing AV equipment to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the audiovisual industry and recommend innovations that align with company goals.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of AV systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AV systems, including user manuals and technical specifications.
• Work with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to budget requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Audio/Video Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and managing audiovisual projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of audio and video technologies, including conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, and displays.
• Experience with AV control systems, video switching, and digital signal processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders across different levels.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Relevant certifications in audiovisual technology (e.g., CTS, AVIXA) are a plus.
