We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Enablement Division Head to lead our initiatives aimed at enhancing our organization's performance and workforce capabilities at Optimiza. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of enablement programs that empower employees, drive engagement, and foster continuous learning and development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and enhances employee performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of enablement professionals, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
  • Assess and identify organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to deliver targeted enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative training programs, workshops, and resources that support employee learning and professional growth.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of enablement programs through data analysis and feedback, making continuous improvements to maximize impact.
  • Establish metrics and reporting structures to evaluate the outcomes of enablement initiatives and communicate successes and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Champion a culture of ongoing learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee enablement and organizational development.
  • Leading and implementing programs and initiatives in collaboration with partners that contribute to empowering marginalized groups.
  • Ensuring equal opportunities for accessing services and digital technologies and improving digital infrastructure in remote and underserved areas.
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance to ensure the achievement of desired results in line with national visions, agendas, and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, economic or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enablement, training, or organizational development, with a progressive leadership background.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful enablement strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a track record of inspiring teams to achieve high performance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Commitment to fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
