This role supports strategic planning activities in Zain Cash by conducting market and performance analyses and drives the implementation of key organizational initiatives. The candidate will track progress on strategic initiatives, establish KPIs, and lead the OKR framework to align with company objectives while providing insights and reports to support the decision-making process.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and competition, providing recommendations on new sectors and value-creation opportunities. Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, market positioning, and strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Support the strategy and business plan cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conduct financial and commercial analyses to inform decision-making, and prepare clear, concise presentations of findings for management.
  • Assist in the Strategic Management Process, with a focus on strategic planning to help establish priorities and monitor progress.
  • Help manage strategic initiatives, including PMO-related activities, by tracking progress and updating management and stakeholders on performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track organizational performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Act as an OKR Champion, driving the implementation and successful execution of the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework within the organization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining OKR tracking systems and dashboards.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities aligned with this role as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, strategy or related field may be preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role.
Preferred Skills
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing the OKR framework.
  • Strong understanding of corporate strategy and goal setting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
