The Pre-Sales Agent is responsible for engaging with walk-in customers and online inquiries at the Amman branch, understanding their needs, presenting available vehicle options, and guiding them through the initial stages of the car buying process. The role aims to qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for closure.

Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone, live chat, and online forms.


• Assist customers in navigating the Syarah platform and understanding vehicle details, pricing, and financing options.


• Identify and qualify leads based on interest and readiness to purchase.


• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.


• Educate customers about the car-buying process on the Syarah platform.


• Provide support with documentation requirements and guide users through the next steps.


• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.


• Follow up with customers to keep them engaged and updated.


• Stay informed about our vehicle inventory, promotions, and service offerings.


• Ensure professional communication and a customer-first approach at all times.

Requirements


• 1–2 years of experience in online customer service, telesales, or pre-sales (automotive or e-commerce experience is a plus).


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Good understanding of online customer behavior and digital sales processes.


• Proficient with CRM systems and online communication tools.


• Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage.


• Detail-oriented and organized.
