You will work closely with senior leadership to support growth, enhance performance, and build a high-performing and motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities Regional HR Strategy & Planning Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities. Translate corporate HR policies into actionable regional plans that support people-centric growth and operational effectiveness. Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and HR initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Oversee recruitment planning and execution across multiple sites to attract high-quality talent. Lead interview, selection, and candidate evaluation processes in partnership with hiring managers. Ensure an effective onboarding process that establishes clear expectations and accelerates new hire productivity. Employee Engagement & Culture Development Drive regional employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, motivation, and retention. Conduct engagement surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions; interpret results and propose action plans. Champion employee relations best practices and promote a positive work environment. Performance Management & Career Development Implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes. Support managers in coaching, development planning, and succession planning. Identify learning needs and coordinate leadership and skills development programs regionally. Compensation & Benefits Management Support compensation strategy implementation and ensure competitiveness within the market. Oversee regional benefits administration and communicate programs effectively to employees. Provide guidance on salary reviews, increments, bonuses, and reward programs. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR operations and records are maintained with accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local labor laws. Oversee HRIS management, HR documentation, and reporting. Ensure timely completion of statutory filings, labor compliance, and audit requirements. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on disciplinary actions, grievances, and policy interpretation. Promote fair and consistent application of HR policies. Regional Leadership & Team Coaching Lead, mentor, and develop HR business partners or HR representatives across the region. Build HR capability, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption within HR teams. Foster collaboration between regional HR teams and corporate HR functions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters or HR certification preferred). Minimum 712 years of HR experience, preferably within dairy, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries. Proven experience leading HR operations across multiple locations or regions. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, compliance, and best practices. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and change management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong coaching and people management capability. Proficiency with HRIS tools, reporting, and data analytics. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
