Aumet is looking for Business Development Specialist in Amman -JordanKey Responsibilities:Market Entry & Strategy Development:· Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends in jordan· Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the jordan market.· Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to support market entry and growth.Business Development:· Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and distributors in jordan· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.· Generate and qualify leads through networking, events, and market outreach.Sales & Revenue Generation:· Present the companys value proposition, products, and services to prospective clients.· Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.· Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.Localization & Collaboration:· Adapt marketing materials, sales pitches, and strategies to suit the jordan culture and market preferences.· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align on goals and deliver seamless client experiences.Reporting & Insights:· Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.· Provide regular updates on sales performance and business development efforts to senior management.· Offer actionable insights to refine strategies and improve market penetration.Qualifications:Education & Experience:· Bachelors degree in pharmacy. ·1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably with exposure to the jordan market.Skills & Competencies:Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy.Minimum of five years of experienceProven experience in sales in healthcare sectors in jordanProven experience in working with Startups is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.Self-motivated, and results-driven with entrepreneur mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
