Main Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager at Food Experts For Food Systems - FEFFS, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our outlets. This includes:

  • Outlet Maintenance: Ensuring the outlet is well-maintained and clean in all respects, including the building, assets, windows, air conditioning, furniture, equipment, and roof.
  • Pre-Opening Preparations: Ensuring the outlet is ready to serve customers before opening the doors to the public.
  • Service Standards: Ensuring that the service is up to standards and in accordance with brand guidelines, including food and drinks being served as per standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction, even when receiving complaints, and aligning the overall customer experience with FEFFS brand values and consistent on every visit.
  • Brand Presentation: Ensuring FEFFS brand is well-presented daily in accordance with brand guidelines, including uniforms, music, furniture, and menus.
  • Team Management: Keeping the entire team trained and motivated, proposing new employees (if necessary), and recommending all vacancies for approval by the line manager and HR.
  • Problem-Solving: Solving daily problems, whether with customers, employees, or any other problems that arise.
  • Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety of guests and staff of the outlet(s).
  • Financial Management: Keeping operating costs according to budget, including drink cost, food cost, etc.
  • Sales Performance: Ensuring that sales targets are achieved daily, weekly, monthly, and annually, and monitored on a daily basis.
  • Culinary Excellence: Ensuring the kitchen prepares foods of the highest quality.
