Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our team at Marriott International. As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control property temperature to maintain a comfortable environment for guests.
  • Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage to identify areas for improvement.
  • Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc.
  • Perform routine pool and spa maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
