Product Management and Data Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management and Data Analysis expert to join our team at SiiRA World. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of Nielsen, VideoAmp, and other ad tech data to guide product development and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct rigorous data analysis, leveraging statistical data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights and drive product enhancements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track product performance, generate insights, and inform stakeholders.
  • Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical modeling techniques to predict trends, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
  • Agile Methodologies: Lead cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient product development and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, and executive teams, to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, driving teamwork and continuous improvement across the product development process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within the ad tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of datasets related to Nielsen, VideoAmp, or similar ad tech data.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Statistical Data Analysis, and Reporting & Analysis.
  • Expertise in Applied Mathematics and Statistical Modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Scrum, and team collaboration tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing products within the ad tech industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
