About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team at Deel. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning experience for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Document Clear Learning Objectives: Develop clear, concise, and measurable learning objectives that align with our business goals.
  • Design Engaging Learning Experiences: Design learning experiences that are creative, innovative, and evidence-based, using a variety of modalities such as virtual, in-person, self-paced, and micro-learning.
  • Develop Blended Learning Opportunities: Create blended learning opportunities for both internal and external audiences, and communicate the value of learning metrics to stakeholders.
  • Review and Improve Learning Experiences: Review data to identify areas for improvement, gaps, and best practices during the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with writers and subject matter experts to create unique and varied learning experiences, and curate external resources to elevate internally built materials.
  • Manage Multiple Tasks: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver quality results on time, while working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Passion for Learning and Design: Have a strong knowledge and passion for both learning and design.
  • Experience with Learning Tools: Have experience with learning tools such as Rise 360.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage expectations and set clear workflows.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with other languages being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Have good technical skills and an interest in learning more about complex integrations between platforms, LMS, and IT systems.
