Camp Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Counselor to join our team at Crossover. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a key role in delivering our unique educational program to students aged K-8th grade.

• Program Delivery: Design and present engaging workshops to students, focusing on life skills such as public speaking, focus, and giving and receiving feedback.
• Motivation Sessions: Lead daily motivation sessions to help students set a positive tone for their learning and achieve their academic goals.
• Student Success: Work closely with students to ensure they master core life skills and achieve their academic objectives.
• Program Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program materials, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality programs and achieving student success.
• Skills: High level of energy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with students aged K-8th grade.
• Location: Willingness to relocate to Brownsville, TX.
