Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Technology Manager to join our team at Arab Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of HR Information Systems, ensuring the integrity of HR processes and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Act as a process analyst for all core HRIS modules, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify global HR process challenges and opportunities to achieve and support business strategy.
  • HR Systems Development: Manage the design and delivery of HR Systems from inception to commissioning, ensuring that HR processes are captured, mapped, and automated.
  • Technology Project Prioritization: Identify and administer technology project prioritization process in partnership with Enterprise Applications.
  • Testing and Migration: Act as primary business leader for the coordination of testing and migration for HR technology upgrades.
  • HR Data Integrity: Maintain and Enhance HR data integrity, accuracy, and HR information security.
  • User Support: Analyze and resolve user problems, providing user instructions on HRIS functionality and defining requirements and gap analysis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
