Bid Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Officer to join our team at Integrated Technology Group ITG. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.

• Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Proactively research the market to identify bid opportunities and monitor bid announcements.
• Bid Process Management: Lead the bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
• Resource Allocation and Proposal Development: Strategically allocate resources and manage bid activities to produce high-quality proposals that meet client needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in briefing sessions, bid openings, and presentations to showcase our capabilities and solutions.
• Product and Solution Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ITG's products and solutions portfolio to effectively tailor bid responses.
• Quality and Compliance: Adhere to company bid processes and quality standards to consistently deliver winning proposals.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
• Cost Estimation: Identify key cost components for accurate estimation based on vendor quotations.
• Supervision and Collaboration: Work under the direct supervision of the Bids Manager, collaborating closely to execute bid strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
