As a pioneer in sports psychology and emotional intelligence, you'll design and implement a transformative educational experience, leveraging AI-driven tools to foster cognitive empowerment and a growth mindset in students. Our approach is dynamic, engaging, and tailored to nurture holistic development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead interactive workshops to teach EQ skills, utilizing AI tools to personalize the learning experience.
  • Counsel individual students and collaborate with educators to enhance EQ development in the classroom.
  • Build Alpha's EQ program from scratch, infusing elements of sports psychology and growth mindset.
  • Implement rigorous, AI-enhanced strategies to support students in achieving their highest potential.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in EQ, growth mindset, and sports psychology.
  • Proficient in AI tools and applications relevant to educational contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills to critique and adapt EQ resources.
  • Experience in K-12 school counseling, with a deep understanding of IEPs, 504 Plans, and learning accommodations.
