Principal Engineer

**Job Title:** Principal Engineer - DAP and Material Handling Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to lead our DAP production and material handling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly in material handling within the fertilizer industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance material flow efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity in material handling operations.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate material handling systems seamlessly with DAP production processes.

3. Conduct assessments of existing material handling equipment, identify areas for improvement, and implement upgrades for enhanced performance.

4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on material handling best practices, standards, and technologies.

5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline material handling processes and enhance operational efficiency.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements in all material handling activities.

7. Mentor and support engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field); Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in material handling and DAP production processes.

Strong technical expertise in engineering project management and process optimization.

Proficiency in handling complex engineering systems and implementing upgrades.

Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in production environments.

**Language Requirements:**

Native Arabic speaker.

Excellent command of English.
