Job Title: Marketing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Officer to join our team at eSense Software. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies and supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Marketing Operations Support: Assist the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations, including planning and coordinating marketing activities and events.
  • Brand Awareness: Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and promote our products and services.
  • Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns for our products and services on various media channels.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of marketing activities and enhance our company's presence.
  • Project Evaluation: Evaluate the success of marketing activities using various metrics and see all ventures through to completion.
  • Content Creation: Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Budgeting and Expense Management: Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
  • Market Research: Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
  • Software Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
  • Social Media: Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creativity: Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Team Player: A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Education: BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
