Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through our bars and restaurants.

• Drink Preparation: Prepare a wide range of beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails, to meet the diverse tastes and preferences of our guests.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Drink Recommendations: Assess customers' needs and preferences and make personalized drink recommendations to exceed their expectations.
• Bar Menu Planning: Plan and present our bar menu, ensuring that it is appealing and meets the needs of our guests.
• Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.
• Guest Focus: Stay focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our bars and restaurants.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• Experience: Proven working experience as a Bartender or Mixology Expert in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Drink Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, including classic and innovative cocktails.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required.
• Soft Skills: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
