About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finaliser to join our team at Ogilvy. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in refining and perfecting the visual elements of our advertising campaigns, ensuring that the final output is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that all visual elements align with the overall creative vision.
  • Review and refine designs, artwork, and layout to meet client specifications, branding guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and optimize files for print, digital, and other media platforms, ensuring correct formatting, sizing, and color correction.
  • Perform quality control checks on final artwork, meticulously reviewing every detail and addressing inconsistencies.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices to continuously improve skills and work quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Finaliser/Artworker, preferably in an advertising or creative agency setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and a strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve design inconsistencies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
