Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Standards Specialist to join our team at Joramco. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Review: Identify and address any errors or omissions in our maintenance documentation, working collaboratively with hangar management, engineers, and mechanics to resolve these issues.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to maintenance personnel on the correction of documentation discrepancies and maintenance activities.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Collect and analyze data on non-compliance, perform trend monitoring, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide a weekly summary report to the Vice President and produce a monthly performance summary and presentation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a high level of working proficiency in applicable Part 145 regulations and Joramco IPM/MOE, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to company and department-approved systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Environmental Protection: Participate in environmental protection programs, including energy and water saving, waste segregation, and notify of any environmental-related non-conformities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
