We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Deck and Elev8 Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our pool deck and elev8 areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Maintain Grooming Standards: Ensure that all staff members are dressed in accordance with company standards and rectify any deficiencies.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with guests, other employees, and departments to ensure guest needs are met and staff is working together as a team.
  • Monitor Dining Rooms: Inspect dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
  • Bank Management: Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies. Obtain change required for expected business level and keep bank secure at all times.
  • Last Call and Closing Procedures: Communicate last call at designated closing time.
  • Employee Development and Support: Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals.
  • Company Policies and Procedures: Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
