Product Designer at Braintrust

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at Braintrust. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our products, ensuring they are visually appealing, highly functional, and user-centric.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate these insights into intuitive and user-friendly product designs.

* Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

* Develop high-quality visual designs that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience, considering typography, color theory, and graphic elements.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and product objectives, and work with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

* Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and validate design decisions, using data-driven insights to refine and improve designs.

* Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design systems, to ensure consistency across the product.
