About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Braintrust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and Translating Business Requirements

You will be responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that meet the needs of our clients.

Proposing Innovative Solutions

Using your expertise, you will propose innovative solutions to achieve complex business objectives, driving business value and growth for our clients.

Providing Technical Guidance

You will provide guidance and actively participate in establishing technical governance processes, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on the design and implementation of a platform operating model, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.

Improving Platform Strategies

You will improve the likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption through effective platform strategies, ensuring that our solutions are adopted and utilized by our clients.

Conducting Technical Evaluations

You will conduct technical evaluations of strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and industry-leading practices, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with best practices.

Requirements
  • Certified Technical Architect Accreditation

You must have a Certified Technical Architect accreditation, demonstrating your expertise in designing and implementing platform operating models.

Proven Experience

You must have proven experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions, with a strong understanding of technical governance processes and their practical application.

Strong Expertise

You must have strong expertise in designing and implementing platform operating models, with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.

Excellent Communication Skills

You must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
