Job Title: Automation Engineer - Phosphoric Acid Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in process automation and control systems to join our team as a Phosphoric Acid Process Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for the production processes within a Phosphoric Acid Plant.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement process automation solutions tailored for the Phosphoric Acid Plant to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to understand automation requirements and develop control strategies to improve plant performance.
  • Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems to ensure seamless operation and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. System integration testing, commissioning, and validation of automation solutions.
  2. Provide technical support for process automation systems, including diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Monitor system performance, analyze data trends, and propose optimization strategies to maximize plant efficiency and output.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation within a Phosphoric Acid Plant or similar industrial setting.
  • Strong technical expertise in programming and troubleshooting PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
