We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Jordan River Foundation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Claims Management: Create and provide financial claims for monthly service contracts, cash advances, and advance payments for all handicraft projects.
  • Financial Reporting: Transcribe movement cards for all Jordan Designs products onto raw material and pricing files, and calculate costs/pricing for new products related to corporate projects.
  • Wage Monitoring: Monitor the receipt of wages for Jordan Designs project artisans monthly.
  • Financial Analysis: Calculate daily incentives for IKEA project employees and monthly wages for workers in the Jordan Designs and Bani Hamida projects.
  • Financial Documentation: Complete monthly FACT SHEETS (monthly personnel report) for Jordan Designs, Bani Hamida, and Wadi Rayyan projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
