About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Persona. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Creation: Develop and design various types of marketing collateral, including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website designs that meet our brand standards.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our team to create a consistent and recognizable brand image that reflects our company values and mission.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs that meet our brand guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Work with clients to understand their design requirements and ensure their satisfaction with the final product.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure that our designs are fresh and innovative.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Language: Fully fluent in English.
  • Skills: Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
