About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in engaging with prospective clients and translating their requirements into comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement workflows for new annotation and corpus creation projects, focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) creation and refinement.
  • Develop workflow guidelines and validate findings with client teams.
  • Coordinate project execution with Delivery teams and Project Managers.
  • Work with customers to understand their proposed use cases and propose solutions based on iMerit's core offerings, technology, and workforce capability.
  • Lead customers through technical sales consultation and project implementation phases, building trust in iMerit's solutions.
  • Provide consultative proposals and findings to clients in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project design, development, implementation, and delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience working in annotation/labeling services, Data Ops, Label Ops, ML Ops.
  • Experience in working in Natural Language Sciences.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, PHP, Python, R.
  • Minimum 5-7 years client-facing experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Excellent communicator in English (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Comfortable working with structured data and basic data engineering concepts.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
