About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Braintrust. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our eCommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Solutions: Translate business objectives and creative briefs into design solutions that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Lead Design Process: Manage the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Iterate and Refine: Quickly iterate and offer versions of designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Productionize Designs: Productionize existing designs for hand-off to developers, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Style Guides and Content Libraries: Establish and maintain style guides and content libraries to ensure consistency across our portfolio websites.
  • UX Audits: Conduct UX audits on our portfolio websites to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • QA and Sign-off: Perform QA on designs after the initial development phase, communicate bugs, and sign-off that design and functionality are as intended.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-time experience working as a UX/UI designer for a web or mobile property.
  • Skills: Proficient with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools. Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to work quickly and independently.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio with demonstrated work that showcases your design skills and experience.
  • Additional Skills: Experience designing in an A/B testing process using tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Monetate. Strong design aesthetic, familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and ability to identify key stakeholders.
