PMO Sales Coordinator Role

This is a key position in the early stages of project lifecycle phases. The role involves bridging project data, documentation, and readiness activities to support the alignment between Sales, PMO, and Operations.

  • Supports coordination during early project lifecycle phases by facilitating project data, documentation, and readiness activities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers, Sales Directors, Tool Management, and Operations to assist with proposal inputs, cost estimates, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensures consistent usage and filing of standard templates related to business cases, costing models, and checklists.
  • Organizes and documents internal review meetings and project handovers between Sales and Operations.
  • Coordinates and follows up on the handover process from Sales to Operations to ensure timely transition and documentation closure.
  • Maintains accurate trackers for opportunities and proposals, ensuring that PMO and CRM/ERP systems are updated.
  • Monitors and tracks commercial risks and associated mitigation plans across Territories, escalating delays or gaps where necessary.
  • Supports the preparation of documentation for management reviews and decision checkpoints.
  • Assists the Master Planner in updating dashboards, ERP/CRM systems, and generating related reports.
  • Contributes to lessons learned from proposal and project initiation activities.
