Job Title: Campaign Specialist

At Syngenta, we are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a world market leader in crop protection, we help farmers to counter threats and ensure safe, nutritious, and affordable food for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical campaigns within determined timelines.
  • Collaborate with the campaign team to create actionable and measurable campaign activities, including media, press meetings, events, emails, websites, and social media.
  • Manage campaign delivery, ensuring optimum efficiency and value for money, producing a plan and monitoring expenditure.
  • Collect and validate market data, including Syngenta products' price versus competitors, and report on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate push and pull activities by collecting needs from national and regional distributors through key account plans and commercial meetings.
  • Ensure proper execution of all activities on the ground and alignment to plans.
  • Coordinate with A&P and relevant regional sales to secure material availability on time.
  • Responsible for samples needed for commercial purposes.
  • Lead the CU portfolio NPIs process, including identification, launching plan, business case, and RR.
  • Plan and execute creative, technical, and logistical elements of major events, including overall design theme, marketing literature, audio-visual coordination, speech writing, budgeting, and negotiation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture with sales and marketing background.
  • Good understanding of the agricultural industry and the seed and crop protection business.
  • Knowledge of data protection, advertising standards, and other laws relevant to advertising and promoting Syngenta's products.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in CRM, brand management, campaigning, and digital tools.
  • High level of computer literacy, including graphics.
  • Proficient level of marketing principles and terminology, including campaign management.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the agribusiness industry.
  • Experience in marketing and working with third parties.
Capabilities:

  • Lead, develop, and execute communication plans.
  • Digital skills for fast adoption of new processes and systems.
