    • Act as a process analyst for all core HRIS modules, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to identify global HR process challenges and opportunities to achieve business strategy.
  • HR Systems Development and Maintenance
    • Manage the development and maintenance of HR information systems, ensuring that HR processes are captured, mapped, and automated.
  • HR Systems Design and Delivery
    • Manage the design and delivery of HR systems from inception to commissioning, ensuring that they meet the bank's business needs.
  • HR Solutions Development
    • Develop new HR solutions and modules in partnership with other HR departments across the bank, validating the feasibility and cost impact to support business needs.
  • HR System Selection
    • Act as part of the team that identifies and selects HR systems to meet the bank's HR needs.
  • Implementation and Support
    • Provide implementation and post-implementation support for HRIS E-Tools, specifically customized to the bank's levels of approval chain for HR-related requests.
  • HR Data Analytics
    • Manage HR dashboards and data analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Technology Project Prioritization
    • Identify and administer technology project prioritization processes in partnership with Enterprise Applications.
  • Testing and Migration
    • Act as the primary business leader for the coordination of testing and migration for HR technology upgrades.
  • HR Technology Integration
    • Serve as the point of contact for HR platforms technology and systems, ensuring successful integration with other systems.
  • HR Data Integrity
    • Maintain and enhance HR data integrity, accuracy, and HR information security.
  • User Support
    • Responsible for analyzing and resolving user problems, providing user instructions on HRIS functionality, and defining requirements and gap analysis.
