Our company operates as a collaborative ecosystem with diversified partnerships, offering a range of convenient and secure services for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

The role will involve working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of our products and services.

You will be responsible for managing and administrating our mobile payment platform, integrating new features and performing quality assurance tasks.

Key duties include:

  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss technical requirements
  • Creating business requirement documents, scope of work, wireframes, and project plans
  • Performing user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and product monitoring
  • Researching market practices and identifying opportunities for development
  • Understanding APIs and assisting stakeholders with integration and testing
  • Managing mobile payment system accounts and supervising deployments

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

Professional certification in business analysis is preferred.

You should have excellent knowledge of APIs, local financial ecosystems, and project management.

Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills are also essential.

This is a full-time office position.
