About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Operations Specialist to join our team at Project Growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Operations
    • Develop and manage reports to provide actionable insights into marketing and sales activities.
    • Build and maintain automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance CRM functionality.
    • Ensure data integrity within HubSpot, managing data imports, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support campaign objectives and drive business growth.
    • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement and manage tracking codes, ensuring accurate data collection.
    • Leverage Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
    • Run daily reporting for the marketing manager.
  • Technical Integration and Tools Management
    • Use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate various marketing tools, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
    • Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized to support marketing and sales objectives.
    • Work with developers to build out technical integrations cross-platform.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing and sales strategies.
    • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and other marketing tools.
    • Maintain open communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Success Metrics
    • Effective Campaign Management: Successful launch and optimization of paid ad campaigns, resulting in increased lead generation and improved ROI.
    • Operational Efficiency: Streamlined workflows and automations that enhance team productivity and data accuracy.
    • Insightful Reporting: Accurate and actionable reports that provide clear insights into marketing and sales performance.
    • Seamless Integrations: Effective integration of marketing tools, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
    Requirements
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar ops/marketing/data role.
    • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including report generation and automation building.
    • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
    • Experience in launching and managing paid advertising campaigns (at least 6 months of experience).
    • Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Good at math.
    • Background in digital marketing or a related field.
    • Familiarity with additional marketing tools and technologies.
