Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Marriott International. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks according to our recipes, using measuring systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Wine and Champagne Service: Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision and flair.
  • Bar Maintenance: Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Garnish Preparation: Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks to enhance the presentation and flavor.
  • Supply Management: Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Supply Transportation: Transport supplies to the bar set-up area to maintain efficiency.
  • Wash and Clean: Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables to maintain a clean environment.
  • Payment Processing: Process all payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  • Closing Duties: Count the bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank.
Requirements

To be successful as a Bartender at Marriott International, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be knowledgeable about drinks and have a passion for providing exceptional service.
