Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Director to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies that drive cost savings and improve operational efficiency.

• Purchasing Strategies: Develop and lead purchasing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive cost savings.
• Procurement Operations: Oversee the procurement process, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship development.
• Cost Management: Analyze and forecast financial trends to identify areas for cost reduction and improve profitability.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of procurement strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation and effective communication throughout the procurement process.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably within the engineering industry.
• Skills: Proven people management ability, demand planning, negotiation skills, and ability to analyze and forecast financial trends.
