Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Lounge Manager Assistant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our club lounge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless operations in the club lounge.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge, including storage areas and equipment.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock supplies, and requisition necessary items.
  • Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in the dining rooms.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
