A dynamic and exciting opportunity is available to join a rapidly developing business area within a global firm. The role is key to delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to clients. As a functional consultant, you will work with the onsite engagement team and client representatives to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables. You will lead the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation.To be successful in this role, you will need strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM covering various industries and sectors. You must have hands-on proven experience in CRM configuration, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development. Additionally, you should have experience designing applications using various modules of D365 CE like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Service.You will also be responsible for conducting interviews to hire talent, mentoring juniors, and supporting people management, development, and career progression activities. Excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written and verbal communication, and team participation, are essential. You should be able to demonstrate high-quality business and software solutions and services to clients ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards.
