Product Visionary

We are seeking an accomplished Product Visionary to spearhead the development of innovative products. As a pivotal team member, you will be responsible for guiding product development from concept to launch, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy based on thorough market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Cultivate close relationships with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements, ensuring congruence with business targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, providing detailed insights into product features, functionality, and value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to foster efficient team collaboration.
• Maintain vigilant oversight of product performance through key metrics, gathering user feedback to inform continuous improvement and iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in defining product vision and strategy, accompanied by a successful track record of delivering high-quality products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing data to drive product decisions.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar are beneficial.
