ACM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ACM Consultant to join our team at Amazon. As an ACM Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing holistic case management services to employees, ensuring their needs are met and their accommodations are supported.

• Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their accommodation needs are met.
• Case Management: Critically assess and adjust the case management plan to an employee's changing needs, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and Amazon policies.
• Communication: Communicate regular updates to employees and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless support and accommodation.
• Collaboration: Consult, coordinate, and partner with various departments, including HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party administrators, to ensure accurate and timely information/documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and solve problems that may arise, sometimes with limited information, to ensure employee needs are met and accommodations are supported.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with standard work, federal/state regulations, and company policy, maintaining system records to ensure accurate and timely information/documentation.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Case Management Expertise: Proven experience in case management, with a strong understanding of federal and state laws, and Amazon policies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to critically assess and adjust case management plans to meet employee needs.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless support and accommodation.
