About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solidworks Trainer to join our team at Pioneers Academy. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Content
    • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Solidworks and related software
    • Develop engaging and interactive course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
  • Expertise in Solidworks and Related Software
    • Proven expertise in Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Pro/Engineer
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and advancements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Effectively communicate complex technical information to students
    • Build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff
  • Passion for Teaching and Sharing Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others
    • Stay current with industry trends and developments
  • Travel Requirements
    • Travel within Jordan and internationally when necessary
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Solidworks Trainer or a similar role
  • Skills
    • Expertise in Solidworks and related software
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
