  • Ensure POS Brief receipt from the trade marketing manager as per the SOP and obtain approval from municipality and other government bodies to conduct activities when needed
  • Responsible for obtaining quotations from suppliers (printing presses) and the validation of the prices with the rate cards.
  • Ensure proper selection and distribution of the POS production with agencies with reference to their expertise and conduct a competitive bidding when needed
  • Close follow up with the agencies on the progress of production including inspection visits to ensure on time delivery, production quality and solve issues on spot
  • Continuously update the trade marketing team on the progress of the POS production
  • Daily follow up on the displays installation/dismantling and physically supervise the process when needed
  • Update the POP file on the system on monthly bases
  • Continuously update the POS inventory and share it with the trade marketing/Sales on a monthly basis
  • Ensure that no old stocks (POSM/Premiums) are remaining in the POS warehouse unless with plans to be used by respective trade marketing/Sales
  • POSM report link to be created on shared drive with pictures and sent out to the team.
  • Proactively propose disposal of POSM that is old or not going to be utilised again to minimize storage costs
  • Conduct a monthly and quarterly POS saving sheet/dashboard on spendings
