- Work with offenders on issues such as job assignments, housing changes, institutional transfers, committee actions, and other institutional procedures.
- Evaluate offender and family needs and provide the case management services and/or make the proper referrals.
- Contact institutional departments in order to answer offender questions.
- Act as a liaison between prospective employers, courts, community, and governmental agencies for the purpose of job development and release adjustment.
- Prepare case studies and offender progress notes to include parole agreements, temporary absences, and incident reports.
- Adhere to the re-entry policy to ensure all Quality Assurance job tasks are completed in a timely manner
