  • Thorough understanding of ITIL processes, such as Incident and Service Request Management
  • Knowledge of REST API integration with other SaaS Cloud services
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Virtual Agent and able to develop low-code workflows
  • Able to perform day-to-day administration activities on the ServiceNow platform, such as user/group/role assignment
  • ITIL Foundation certified.
  • Have ServiceNow certifications of Certified System Administrator, and be a Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more areas
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certified ServiceNow Platform Implementation
  • Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and good web design practices.
  • Knowledge or experience of Agile or SCRUM.
