- Monitor brand performance and sentiment.
- Respond promptly to feedback and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the media or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
