  • Manage the territory proposing solutions that impact the sector’s performance.
  • Plan and execute medical promotion work and synergy with the POS team, to guarantee demand generation and ensure conversion into sales at the pharmacy. Apply technical product knowledge to convey the appropriate product message for each doctor profile, plan and implement medical events to disseminate and expand knowledge of our products and assist in meeting industry demand goals.
  • Management of the medical panel, manage and suggest the medical panel within the segmentation strategy defined by the company, creating impactful alternatives in the sector.
  • Ensure compliance with the execution KPIs defined by the company (MDV, TDFA, etc.) maintaining the correct frequency and sequence defined for each doctor and pharmacy
  • Plan daily work, aiming to optimize available time by applying it to actions that generate results for the sector, with moderate support from the manager.
  • Ensure the implementation of execution strategies (use of materials, promotional schedule, events)
  • Analyze market audits together with the manager, identifying growth opportunities for the sector
  • Develop tactical plans and use of funds to maximize demand results.
  • Based on marketing strategies, identify additional business opportunities.
  • Develop a network of contacts consistent with the manager's guidance.

  • Prerequisites:

  • Completed Higher Education;
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • It is desirable to live in the region of the vacancy.
