  • Maintain appropriate records and ensure confidentiality regarding personnel activities and personnel data including employment documentation, evaluations, exit interviews and other relevant information. (PAFs)
  • Follow-up on filling, photocopying and scanning any HR related documents.
  • Responsible for preparing and updating Personnel Action Forms in the HR system.
  • Prepare internship agreements and non-renewal letters
  • Reviews applications, shortlisting, and participates in the interview process.
  • Responsible for the full internship process, recruitment and any relevant documentation.
  • Facilitate the Exit Process and coordinate with support unit to ensure a smooth exit for team members.
  • Responsible for the Human ofFacebook page
