International Medical Corps is seeking a Trainer to develop and deliver training on Reproductive Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health (RMNCH) for UNRWA Medical Staff.

International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief and development programs. With a presence in over 25 countries, International Medical Corps provides emergency relief and long-term development programs in areas such as health, nutrition, water and sanitation, and economic recovery.

The Trainer will be responsible for developing the training curriculum, presentations, and handouts, as well as delivering the training to UNRWA Medical Staff. The training will cover topics such as antenatal care, postnatal care, and maternal and newborn health. The Trainer will also be responsible for compiling attendance records, pre and post-training tests, and training evaluations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop the training curriculum, presentations, and handouts
  • Deliver the training to UNRWA Medical Staff
  • Compile attendance records, pre and post-training tests, and training evaluations
  • Develop training certificates
  • Write a training report
Qualifications:
  • Medical Graduate with a Master's degree in Medicine and Pediatrics or Public Health
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in management of country public health programs
  • Experience and familiarity with Jordanian health systems
  • Excellent communication skills and proven expertise to facilitate trainings
  • Good understanding of the program development context of health sector and of institutional arrangements
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English, written and spoken
  • Computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
