MHPSS Officer

International Medical Corps seeks a MHPSS Officer - Consultant to provide supervision and training to fellowship participants, develop training materials, and prepare reports in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate has a master's degree in psychology, social work, or a relevant field, 3+ years of experience in supervision and training, and fluency in English and Arabic. The role involves assessing participant performance, managing communication, and facilitating meetings. The successful candidate will work with the IMC team to develop a training manual, participant workbook, and provide technical support. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work diplomatically with team members and stakeholders.
