Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Help maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with engaging content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience in marketing is a plus.
