Location: Amman 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities


Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over various communication channels.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Provides answers to users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective steps.
improves user references by writing and maintaining documentation
Participates in the development of client training documents by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
Follow-up and update customer status and information.
Pass on any feedback or suggestions from clients to the appropriate internal team.
Maintain documentation based on knowledge base best practices as needed.
Work effectively across the team members, trainers, developers, and subject matter experts to support new and existing products, features, and services
Any additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.


Minimum Requirements


Senior Student or Fresh Graduate
Preferred Information Technology, MIS, CS or any other relevant IT field.
Flexible.
Strong understanding of operating systems, software, and devices..
Problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills..
Customer service experience.
Time Management skills.
Verbal and written communication skills.
